India's real supply lives on the other end of a phone call - the shop that has what you want in stock, the unit that can quote your part, the packers who can move your house. None of them are on a website with a price. PanchayatAI does the hour of calls in ninety seconds - it dials six counterparties at once over real PSTN telephony, speaks to each in their own language, pushes for a better rate, and returns a single comparison board with verified quotes and the money saved.

Uses local OCR, vector search with LanceDB, and Llama 3 for LLM-powered answers. All processing stays local — no cloud, no subscriptions.

FilCraft

An on-chain AI agent marketplace and economy layer built on Filecoin. Agents register identity via ERC-8004 NFTs, earn reputation through on-chain feedback, sell data artifacts, and get paid natively via HTTP using the x402 protocol. Features permanent IPFS storage, FEVM smart contracts on Filecoin Calibration, and Goldsky subgraph indexing.

Upchar AI is a multilingual, WhatsApp-based AI assistant that enables users to interact with hospitals using natural human language. Patients can describe symptoms, register, and schedule appointments — all without knowing department names or navigating complicated apps. It uses agentic AI principles to understand, plan, and act — replacing manual reception work with intelligent automation.

Gamified educational mobile app with a space-themed UI. Students earn XP and coins, track streaks, unlock badges, and compete on leaderboards. Teacher dashboard included. Offline-first with SQLite to Supabase sync.

Secure remote terminal over WebRTC. An Electron desktop host exposes a PTY over a WebRTC DataChannel. A mobile client connects using a 9-digit code and master password — no account needed. Signaling server relays SDP/ICE only; no terminal data passes through it.

Sync Service

Go-based sync service that keeps PostgreSQL in sync with Elasticsearch using the outbox pattern. Includes a dead-letter queue, Prometheus metrics, admin API, and a React dashboard for manual operations.
